National Projects

Most of our Christadelphian charities help those in need in other countries, but there is also a great need in North America. Many living in our local communities are sick, hungry, poorly clothed, homeless and lonely.

Now is the time to reach out to them in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

“And do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for God is pleased with such sacrifices.”

Through the Grow2Give initiative, families and children have an opportunity to learn about God and nature, the value of food grown in the earth, and our responsibility to provide food for the hungry. If your family is interested in donating homegrown fruits and vegetables to your local food bank, or purchasing food to give to the hungry, we can help. Click the button below to get started.

If you are interested in making a financial donation to help offset some of the expenses, we would be incredibly thankful. We are keen to support you in your outreach work. This includes projects that help those in need with food, clothing, education, housing, emotional support etc.

We need The Garden representatives at ecclesias! If you are enthusiastic about what The Garden is doing and believe your ecclesia would be interested in engaging in outreach initiatives, we’d love to hear from you!

BE A FUNDRAISER

The Garden is a resource to help individuals and ecclesias grow their outreach potential, but of course, financial support is required to help us fulfill this objective. Here are a few creative ways to collect donations for The Garden!

HELPING THE
HUNGRY

In the United States and Canada many charitable organizations and church groups have stepped up over the years to provide critical support to those who cannot get the foods they need for a healthy life.

The US Department of Agriculture has defined a term “very food insecure” to cover the food needs that vary from the homeless at one extreme to those who experience a lack of food at some point during the year.

“One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want.
Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.”
