IN TIMES OF NEED
Compassion During Crisis
While Christ remains away, the Garden Outreach Team is committed to helping keep the Christadelphian community in North America informed during times of crisis. Our objective is to provide accurate information in a timely manner, so our prayers may be focused and specific and also to enable our community to assist practically for those in need.
We’re thankful to God there are no current crises in North America that require our collective prayers.
Unfortunately, the struggle for countless millions to secure basic needs and be treated with dignity continues unabated. Our continued prayers are for God to afford these men, women and families a special blessing and that practically, He may work through us to proactively reach out to those in need. One act of compassion can have profound, far-reaching effects. Let’s use the time we’re given have to help those in need and fulfill the commandment of Christ to love our neighbours.
Do not withhold good from those who deserve it, when it is in your power to act. Do not say to your neighbor, “Come back later; I’ll give it tomorrow”– when you now have it with you.
Proverbs 3:27-28
