A little bit about your chosen charity and its work
We donated the 20 sleeping bags to the Rexdale Community Hub. This is the closest charity to our ecclesia and they assist many youth affected by homelessness, who are also without shelter. The Manager said the bags would be heavily used.

The impact on you as the giver and the recipients
HUGE – they were appreciative and since our church bought the 20 bags from The Garden Project WCF we felt extra supportive/able to assist.

Any spiritual reflections that you might have
The photo (not attached) was shared with our Board and the effort was communicated to all members. It was felt by all to be an excellent initiative especially into the cold months to give back to the less fortunate.

Opportunities for further relationship with this charity
YES – anything we can help give to these people affected by homelessness. I included my business card and I had colour printed our church web site to show all users how to reach out to us anytime.
