Brother Jim Windham (Lancaster,PA.Ecclesia) is giving the sleeping bags to Jeff (on the  dock) a volunteer at the Water Street Rescue Mission. The Mission was founded on scriptural principles to help those in need, giving both spiritual and physical aid. It has programs for all ages; aids the homeless whether long-term or temporarily; and provides a safe place for those in dire need. It is situated in Lancaster, PA.
