Thank you for this opportunity to bless others in our community in the name of Jesus. The Cataumet ecclesia, in Cape Cod, MA, used the Food for Friends Grant to purchase fresh produce (apples, mandarin oranges, cucumbers, celery and carrots) as well as non perishables that were requested from the Bourne Friends Food Pantry. Every month our ecclesia finds out what is most needed and drops off donations. This month, they were low on supplies after the holidays and needed cereal and toiletries. They gave me a tour and explained their system. This grant was a great way for our ecclesia to strengthen relationships in the community and to help our neighbors. We were able to attach your inspiring stickers to some of our donations. Thanks again for inspiring us to put our faith into actions by “loving our neighbors as ourselves“.
