My mum and I went and dropped off the donation mid-June, it was great!

I chose to donate to the Saanich Peninsula Lions foodbank, which is located in the town we live in. I gave them a call in advance to see what their most needed items were, and they asked for anything that helps stretch a meal (pastas, rice, etc), and anything that is suitable for kids school lunches. I’m also an expectant mum (you can probably tell from the photos!), so I wanted to donate some baby items like formula and cereal! I grocery shopped the day before, and then dropped everything off over my lunch break. It couldn’t have been easier 🙂
